Session 2: Marketing Planning - A critical link to sales
"Just build it and they will come" is not a reality for most businesses. Success is contingent on the right consumers knowing about your products or services, and feeling that you are the best option. This happens with planning! Learn about the key components of marketing planning and how to get started.

Session 3 (Scheduled for August 31): Financial Planning - a critical link to profit
Financial understanding of your business is much more than tracking expenses for your tax return. Understanding the underlying cost structure of your business is critical to pricing as well as many other operational decisions. Learn about the key financial components and indicators you need for business decision making.

Walk-ins and pre-registration accepted at a cost of $15 per session.
Payment Options: Cash or check in person to Chamber of Commerce Office, or via mail: 662 E Northwest Hwy.
Credit Card in person at the Chamber office, or over the phone from 10AM - 4PM Tue, Wed, Thurs.

Whether you're just starting out or scaling your business, this program will help you understand funding options available to you as an entrepreneur or small business owner. Join us to learn about:

Funding sources and how to access these sources.
Requirements for obtaining funding.
Advantages and disadvantages of different funding sources.

Additionally, we will present the fundamentals of a business plan and financial projections. Business mentoring from SCORE members will be available after the event.
