This page provides information and links for water/sewer/refuse bill and payment options, rates and water meter readings

Enroll in Optional e-Billing for Water/Sewer/Refuse Bills

To receive automatic e-mail notification that your bill is ready for viewing, view current bill and billing history from date of enrollment forward, and manage your e-billing delivery and email address preferences. You will need your account number from your utility bill.

Recurring Payments and/or Saving Your Preferred Method of Payment

To establish automatic recurring payments with a credit or debit card, or with a checking account, OR to establish a profile to save your desired method of payment. Please confirm that your financial institution is a qualified participant for ACH transactions before sign-up.

Online Utility Bill Payment

To make a one time payment without saving your preferred payment method. You will need your account number from your utility bill.

Payment Kiosk - Available 24/7

Pay your water/sewer/refuse bill by cash, check, credit or debit card, using the self-service payment kiosk located outside Village Hall, by the elevator. The kiosk is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. After entering your account number, you may pay a portion or the entire account balance. Options include a printed, texted, or emailed receipt.

Payment Drop Boxes - Available 24/7

Pay your water/sewer/refuse bill by check or money order, using the payment boxes located outside the front door of Village Hall and on the north side of the parking deck, next to the library book return. Please do not deposit cash. The payment boxes are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

In-Person Payments

Water/sewer/refuse payments are accepted in-person at the Finance Department of Village Hall.

The Village has upgraded the majority of water meters to an AMR (automatic meter read) system.
