The Village no longer accepts emails, social media messages, or phone calls about band submissions. To be considered, you must complete the below form.  

Submission of this form is not a formal contract, only a submission of interest for performance. 

Although submissions will be taken on a rolling basis, most of the decisions regarding the hiring of performers take place in February and March.

The Village is involved in booking the following concerts:

• Fridays in the Green
• Downtown Block Party
• Celebration of Cultures

There are only a handful of concert opportunities to play each year  and the Village receives many requests from bands to play those events.  Please submit your information, but also understand that you may not be chosen to play.
