The Village’s CRM Programs make it easy to report a concern online, using a smartphone, tablet or computer. Service requests are organized by type and routed to the appropriate Village department for immediate action, allowing the Village to respond quickly and efficiently.

Temporary On-Street Overnight Parking

No parking is allowed on Village streets from 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. For temporary permission to park overnight on Village streets, call the Police Department at 847/870-5656. 

Civic Events Sign Message

The Civic Events Sign is located at the corner of Main Street (Route 83) and Northwest Highway. It is an electronic message board featuring notices about community events. Click the link above if you have an event you would like to publicize.

Tag Days Application

The Village permits eligible charitable and not-for-profit organizations to conduct solicitation activities at highway and street intersections where solicitation is permitted.

Overweight Vehicle Permit

Vehicles weighing over six (6) tons traveling on Village streets are required to obtain an Overweight/Oversize Vehicle permit.  The following document lists the overweight permits and associated costs Overweight Mount Prospect-Permit Inventory.  If the route includes a State or County road separate permit would need to be issued by the appropriate agency.
