Customer Response Management (CRM) Programs

The Village’s CRM Programs make it easy to complete Village business or report a concern online, using a smartphone, tablet or computer.

The Village utilizes two systems; both mpDelivers and Citzenserve mpPortal users are able to check status of submitted requests, receive comments and notification the instant it is resolved. 

mpDelivers (Powered by SeeClickFix)

Submit service requests related to public property, facility, or street maintenance, sewer problems, solid waste including cart replacements, traffic concerns, water and other utility concerns, forestry, public safety and freedom of information (FOIA) requests.  Over 70 different types of services can be requested through this service.

Requests can be submitted online (no app needed!) on the mpDelivers page, or via the SeeClickFix app (for iPhone or Android). 

Citizenserve mpPortal

Used primarily by the Community Development Department, the Citizenserve mpPortal allows you to submit renewals for business, elevator, residential (rental), liquor, and contractor licenses and report code enforcement concerns on private property (including sign complaints).  New for 2020: apply for building permits via the mpPortal.
