The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) governs the inspection of public records. The Act requires that all public bodies make their public records available, with the exception of specific exemptions.

To request public records from the Village, follow the Freedom of Information Request Form link below.  The link will take you to the online FOIA portal. Choose the appropriate FOIA category, fill out the fields completely and submit.  It will be routed to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer. Village staff will reply within five days.
