Village of Mount Prospect, IL
Home MenuDowntown Traffic and Parking Studies
One of the Village's Strategic Planning Goals was to assess and improve downtown traffic circulation for both vehicles and pedestrians. The Village has also conducted a downtown parking study to assess existing public parking options, identify deficiencies and provide options for improvement.
These studies are based upon data collected by third party consultants that specialize in traffic and parking analysis. They use the data collected in the field, apply industry standard modeling and best practices to create reports.
