2025 State of Illinois Candidate's Guide
To file for candidacy individuals must submit the following documents in the Office of the Mount Prospect Village Clerk:
- Nonpartisan Candidate Petitions (Village of Mount Prospect suggested petition form)
- Nonpartisan Statement of Candidacy (SBE No. P-1A - 2023 State of Illinois Candidate's Guide)
- Statement of Economic Interests receipt (Secretary of State, Cook County Clerk's Office or State Board of Elections)
- Loyalty Oath (Optional)

November 12-18, 2024 Filing period
November 25, 2024 Last day to file objections to nomination papers
