We often hear members of the community talking about calling our station or "non-emergency" phone number to request police service. Here in the  Village of Mount Prospect, all police service calls are dispatched through our 9-1-1 center ( Northwest Central Dispatch System). Here is a  9-1-1 tri-fold pamphlet with a lot of useful information on it about when to call 9-1-1. Please share this information with as many residents and community members as you can please.
