The Village of Mount Prospect is in the process of developing a sub-area
plan for South Mount Prospect as a way to comprehensively plan for
development over the next 10-15 years. The Village of Mount Prospect is
soliciting feedback and suggestions from the entire South Mount Prospect
business and residential community during the plan development.
Two open houses have been held to discuss the sub-are plan and public
comments have been incorporated where applicable.

A public hearing before the
Planning and Zoning Commission has been scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2009
at 7:30 p.m. at the Mount Prospect Village Hall, 50 S. Emerson Street, Mount
Prospect, IL 60056. All interested parties are invited to attend. Comments may

proposed sub-area plan to the Village Board. |
